Shipping Policy

We generally ship orders within two business days of receipt. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will send you an e-mail with an expected ship date.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping). You have three weeks from the shipment date of your order to contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@Emii.net to request a refund. You will receive a return e-mail with authorization and return instructions.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Shipping will appear as a separate charge on Emii.net invoices.

If you reside in California, state sales tax will be added to your Emii.net invoice.

This agreement and any sales thereunder shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflicts of laws rules.

By ordering any product from Emii.net and Billeegee Productions, Inc., the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
